ValueLine Casework
“Designed with the Price Conscience Consumer In Mind”
Our Value Line Casework is constructed of 5/8” particle board with a white melamine interior and high pressure decorative laminate on all exposed surfaces. All wall bottoms 54” or more above finished floors are finished with matching laminate. Our door and drawer fronts are ¾” thick, which when installed, gives the same appearance as our AWI Line, but at a cost savings of almost 20%. Value Line is available in all standard Wilsonart and Formica Colors.
Our standard Value Line cabinet is constructed using 120 degree self-closing concealed European hinges. Drawer boxes are constructed using 5/8” thick melamine sides, back & front with ¼” thick bottoms with epoxy coated under mount drawer glides. All door and drawer fronts are ¾” thick material edged with .020 PVC edge banding.
However, because of the 5/8” material thickness in our case members, our Value Line does not meet AWI Quality Standards. Therefore, it should not be used for projects where the architect has specified that cabinets meet economy, custom or premium grades of AWI Quality Standards. Our Value Line Series is ideal for those instances where the owner or architect is looking to save money. Built solid at a substantial cost savings, it is well suited for nursing homes, dental offices or just about any tenant finish application where cost is a concern.
